The Rel

The Rel are an extremely strong, godly Species, that are in the Layer above the Queltars.
Not much is known about them, except that they torture anything they see and can travel between Influands. They are the Aggressive Civilization of their Layer, but we don’t know what the other peaceful one is.
But trough the Knowledge we have, we can say that the Ancestors of Humanity are the Rel, and that the Ancestors of the Queltars are the Civilization, that have been trapped by the Rel.
We don’t know what the Rel look like, or if they even have a 3 dimensional Body.
