Duke Minigerrit Sheikah was a high ranking political Figure in Kyrustania. He established the Blue Cross Alliance and was a Duke in Kyrustania. After Emperor Twetlen - A1P.Bedrock - Witness Kyranis left Kyrustania, Minigerrit Sheikah took the trhone and transformed Kyrustania into the second Padishah Empire.

His Plans with the Blue Cross Alliance were rather evil, as he wanted the players to trust him, until he had more control of their nations than their actual Leaders.
