History
Hidden away from conflict and evil ambition, Fortitude stands within the confines of its jungles and mountains on Runirur. Its true value lies in the skills of its citizens; from builders to craftsmen and gatherers. Ruled by the benevolent Queenofplants and her cunning second in command Bookwanderer911, its first responsibility is to the peace, safety, and prosperity of its people. Secondary is the security of its allies and fellow members of the Blue Cross alliance. Founded on the desire for anonymity and peace, its borders and location are purposefully unexplained; the actions of its rulers even more so.
In the beginning, Fortitude was allied with Auremor, the Blue Cross Alliance, and Kyrustania (check spelling on that one). After It’s_VertoxTV joined the nation, Cloven, leader of Auremor declared war and threatened to destroy the peaceful city. While Queenofplants tried to arrange peace between the two countries, Bloodmoon took control of Auremor and attacked Fortitude. Fischtable spawned withers that inflicted damage on the land within Fortitude, as well as within its main base. The losses were barely calculated before news of the Elder’s visit brought Fortitude to spawn. Learning that death and destruction were imminent and unavoidable, the people of Fortitude returned to their land with heavy hearts. They mourned the loss of their faithful butler Alfred, who had died defending the inner base during Fischtable’s attack. They showered his grave with all the precious items they had, and burned it. Bookwanderer, Queenofplants, and an invited visitor then burned Bookwanderer’s library to the ground. While making sure the books full of information about Runirur were completely destroyed, Bookwanderer burned to death. Queenofplants disappeared. Fortitude has fallen.
