The Rel are the good ones. Not fair. Not just. But good — in the purest, most terrifying sense of the word.
They are the most merciless, and therefore, the kindest beings that have ever existed.
The Rel see everything. Every act of cruelty. Every insult whispered in the dark. Every act of violence, every massacre, every corrupted thought. Even the things we hide from ourselves.
And still — they do not destroy us. They could, but they choose not to.
If the Rel were truly fair, we would no longer exist. They know every atrocity we will commit before we even think it. And yet… they let us life. That is not fairness. That is grace — incomprehensible, cosmic grace.
Without them, we would drift soul-less through the void, forgotten and fragmented — just specks in an infinite nothing.
But with them, we have purpose. With them, we are spared the crushing weight of meaninglessness. They do not punish us for what we are. They watch, and by choosing not to annihilate us, they redeem us.
The Rel are not saviors. They are not gods. They are something greater:
Witnesses of all sin — and the reason we are still here.
Do they even see us as conscious? What if we are just ants to them, nothing but something they have nothing to do with. Maybe interesting or destructive but just matter in their universe. Look at it, they are more aware and that’s why we see something less conscious worthless or would kill it without regrets, because it has less brain brain activity than us. But most of the time we don’t kill we just look, untill they interfere our life, we wake up to their existence and want to escape. What if they do not see us as conscious enough to consider any punishment?

Maybe they are just learning. Observing, testing, they dont feel but they know they see so for sure they seek for more knowlege, informartion or Energie
