NPC nation are just in other words nation without a leader or real awake humans/llamas. As the name NPC already says they don’t have any free will and are Non-Playable characters. If a concoius nation attacks a NPC nation they must attack and fall so they become the part and new won land for the attacking nation.
NPC nation were created for the Real Nation so they may fight for there land. The NPC nations were created by the God.
