The Rel

The Rel are exceedingly enigmatic, and little is known about them. Many of the Elders of Elyndor refer to them as the "All-Seeing Eye," and expressions such as "They see everything" are commonly associated with the Rel. The Rel are entities that exist beyond our physical world and we believe they are creators of our layer.
